Hardware
No Warranty
- Once the product is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in working condition, no further warranty support will be provided.
- Within 2 years, damage caused by human fault can be replaced at cost.
Within Warranty Period
- The difference with no warranty is an additional $20, which covers the shipping cost for sending the warranty to the user.
- During the warranty period, if there are any issues with the product, it can be replaced under warranty.
- The user is responsible for covering the shipping costs to send it to the warehouse.
- Within 2 years, damage caused by human fault can be replaced at cost.
License Key / Subscription
- If a product issue results in it being unusable or discontinued, an free exchange to other product or refund will be provided at Scarlet's discretion.

Hardware
- Once the product is signed for and put into normal use, no refund requests will be accepted.
- If the product cannot be used normally due to the user's operating environment, the user must send the product back to the manufacturer's warehouse for a refund approval.
- The user is responsible for covering the shipping costs to send it to the warehouse.
License Key / Subscription
- As the 3-hour trial key is provided free of charge, users should be able to ensure that the product functions properly. Therefore, if the product cannot be used due to issues related to the user's personal environment, no refunds will be issued.
