Refund and Returns Policy


Please note that certain items cannot be refunded according to legal regulations. These include downloadable software products. Refunds are applicable only to regular-priced items; sale items are non-refundable at our discretion. To process a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Full Refund

To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. A full refund will be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the DMA card remains unopened.
  • In the event of a damaged DMA PCIe Card that renders it inoperable.


Partial Refund

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, including:

  • Opening of the DMA PCIe Card.
  • Items returned not in their original condition.
  • Returns made beyond 7 days from the delivery date (maximum return period being 14 days). In such cases, a 50% refund of the DMA PCIe card’s cost is applicable.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Damage to the DMA card due to customer mishandling.
  • Exceeding the 14-day return window.
  • Absence of the original product packaging.
  • Product with No Warranty variation.


1 : 1 Exchange

1 : 1 Exchange may be granted in specific situations, including:

  • Product with 1:1 Year Exchange variation.
  • The product itself has quality issues. (The warranty does not cover situations where the user inputs unknown firmware that causes the product to burn out.)

The user has only one opportunity for a 1:1 exchange. The user is also responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and must provide a traceable tracking number.


Special Cases

Under mutual agreement, refunds may be processed without requiring the return of the DMA PCIe card. In such instances, a refund of 20% of the DMA PCIe card’s cost will be provided.


Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, and these costs are non-refundable. Additionally, if a refund is issued, the return shipping expenses will be deducted. Depending on the location, the duration for exchanged products to reach you may vary. Customers are advised to consider trackable shipping services or shipping insurance for valuable items, as they are responsible for the goods’ safety during return transit.

Following the receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
